May I Ask You for a Favour? Help Me Shape My New Book for LGBTQ+ Leaders.

I’m collecting real questions from real queer leaders before I start writing—will you share yours?
May I Ask You for a Favour? Help Me Shape My New Book for LGBTQ+ Leaders.

I’m about to start writing a book to support LGBTQ+ leaders and change-makers in making an effective and lasting difference in the world.

This book is not about making change.

As we've seen time and time again—and as we’re witnessing right now—anything that has been changed can be changed once more.

As LGBTQ+ people, we have fought for and gained rights and freedoms we once thought impossible. And now, we’re watching those same rights and freedoms being challenged or taken away.

Instead, this book is about creating true transformation—in yourself, for the people you care most about, and in the world around you.

Does that sound like an incredulous claim?

Here’s the truth: all transformation starts with one person—but it doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and it doesn’t happen alone.

As leaders, we need community. And we also require leadership, strategy, and wisdom to help us take a stand for what’s right—so that we can show up with courage, conviction, and pride to transform hearts and minds.

This book won’t teach you leadership strategies.

Instead, it will help you develop your own philosophical and ethical approach to leadership. A Queer leadership rooted in integrity so that you can be all that you are, without apology, and make a transformational difference for LGBTQ+ people while cultivating an equitable, humane, and just society.

Sounds like a necessary book, right?

Do you know what would make it even better?

If I knew I was writing it to answer your specific questions about leadership—to help you strengthen your convictions and to provide you with the tools you need to develop a clear vision and direction.

So here’s my ask:

Please let me know what you’d like me to cover in the book by asking a question about something you’re struggling with—something that’s blocking you, causing you to second-guess yourself, or leaving you feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

I’ll do my best to address your challenges in a way that you can immediately apply once you’re finished reading the book.

I’m finalizing the chapter outline now and plan to start writing next week, with the goal of having the manuscript ready by the end of December.

If you want my best leadership coaching insights tailored to your most difficult challenge, frustration, obstacle, or question—don’t miss this opportunity to ask me now.

You’ll be helping me as much as I can help you—which is a huge win-win.
