Are You Leading With Queer Integrity?
Before you try to lead others…
Ask yourself if you’re leading yourself with care, clarity, and conviction.
This is the key question many of us avoid—especially when we’re busy, exhausted, or pulled in too many directions.
But the truth is:
- You can’t lead well if you don’t feel well.
- You won't lead with conviction if you don’t know what you stand for.
- You can’t lead with clarity if your voice is muted or misaligned.
- And there's now way you cane the change if you don’t have a vision that sustains you with enthusiasm.
If you’re a queer-identified leader, a 2SLGBTQIA+ advocate, or a change-maker who’s asking, Why does my leadership still feel unfocused, inconsistent, or uncertain?, I have something to support you in the getting clarity, direction, and peace of mind you need and deserve.
Watch this short preview of what to expect from my course, Lead with Queer Integrity:
In the course, I invite you to ask…
- How are you really doing—emotionally, mentally, physically—and how does that affect your ability to lead?
- What do you truly stand for—if you don't know what you stand for, do you have a leg to stand on?
- Can you think through conflict with ethical clarity, balance, and emotional intelligence—or are reactive and argumentative?
- Where is your message most vibrant—and where are you still holding back what you really want to express?
- Does your mission and vision pulls you forward even when things feel uncertain—or are you still figuring out what direction to take?
- What kind of leader do you want to be—and what does it look like to lead without burning out, compromising, or silencing yourself?
